Within our Cloud Platforms & Managed Services Solution Line, we apply an agile approach to provide true on-demand cloud platforms. We implement and operate secure cloud and hybrid global infrastructures using automation techniques for our clients business-critical application landscape

Your role  

• Ensure the availability, resilience, and robustness of the Cloud System
• Manage system monitoring, backup, application deployment, security, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement
• Lead the Cloud DevOps Engineering Team
• Coach and develop Cloud Engineering team members to enhance team performance
• Act as the gatekeeper for changes in the production environment
• Collaborate with Cloud and Application architects and development teams
• Dedicate time to hands-on activities like writing Terraform code
• Validate and accept Cloud architecture and implementations
• Prepare work packages for implementation
• Establish (automated) housekeeping routines for the Cloud Engineering team to follow
• Analyse system behaviour and propose changes
• Look at ways to improve and increase Cloud Automation
• Support Cloud Platform Managers in work estimations
• Delegate work and assignments to team members
• Drive improvements in Cloud Infrastructure
• Manage Cloud costs effectively

Who You Are:

• Problem-solving leader
• Dedicated to learning and mentorship
• Proficient in Kubernetes, Observability, Security, and Cloud Architectures
• Expertise in Azure and/or AWS
• Strong understanding of CI/CD processes and tooling
• Root cause analysis specialist
• Proactive and adaptable to new challenges
• Effective communicator and natural leader
